Qualifications and Experience:

  • Current or pending license in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Open to SLP-CCC and SLP-CFY candidates
  • Experience or coursework in school-based speech therapy
  • Strong collaboration skills for working alongside teachers, staff, and parents
  • Ability to develop engaging therapy sessions tailored to individual student needs
  • Familiarity with required documentation and progress tracking for special education

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments and screenings to identify student communication needs
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Deliver direct and consultative speech-language therapy to students
  • Collaborate with educational teams to support academic and social development
  • Provide progress updates and maintain accurate records as required by school guidelines
  • Communicate with families and stakeholders to maximize each student’s success
