Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active or eligibility for state SLP licensure
• Experience in a school setting strongly preferred
• Hold Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP), or completing CFY
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Eagerness to work in a multidisciplinary team

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate students to determine the presence of speech, language, voice, or fluency disorders
• Develop and implement targeted treatment plans to address each student’s unique needs
• Deliver therapy services individually or in small groups, focusing on student growth and progress
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to support student success
• Document ongoing student progress and maintain thorough records in accordance with school policies
• Participate in IEP meetings, providing expertise and insight for student development
