Desired qualifications and experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Current or eligible state licensure as an SLP
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; consideration given to Clinical Fellows (CFY)
  • Experience working within school settings or with pediatric populations
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
  • Ability to create IEPs, conduct evaluations, and deliver effective, individualized interventions

Key responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive speech-language assessments for K-12 students
  • Develop and implement targeted therapy plans, tracking student progress
  • Collaborate closely with teachers, families, and other specialists to support student goals
  • Maintain accurate documentation and participate in the IEP process
  • Provide both individual and group therapy services as appropriate
  • Offer consultation and training to staff on communication strategies in the classroom
