Key Qualifications:

  • Hold a valid Speech Language Pathologist license
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) eligibility
  • Experience or interest in working with elementary-aged students in a school setting
  • Knowledge of effective therapy techniques and strategies for diverse student needs
  • Strong communication and organizational skills

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct and indirect speech-language pathology services to elementary students within the school day
  • Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans to enhance communication abilities
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to support each child’s learning journey
  • Complete required documentation and progress reports in a timely manner
  • Participate in meetings and contribute insights on student cases, as required for the contract
  • Focus solely on therapy and student casework—no added duties such as bus or parent pick-up
