Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences
- Active SLP license in Illinois (or eligibility)
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English
- Open to Speech-Language Pathologists with CCC or those pursuing CFY
- Experience or strong interest in working in a school environment across K-12 is highly valued
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders for K-12 students
- Deliver both direct and indirect services as part of students’ Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success
- Document progress and maintain organized records aligned with school district standards
- Focus solely on speech-related duties—no additional responsibilities such as bus duty or parent pickup are required
