Key Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences
  • Active SLP license in Illinois (or eligibility)
  • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English
  • Open to Speech-Language Pathologists with CCC or those pursuing CFY
  • Experience or strong interest in working in a school environment across K-12 is highly valued

Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders for K-12 students
  • Deliver both direct and indirect services as part of students’ Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
  • Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success
  • Document progress and maintain organized records aligned with school district standards
  • Focus solely on speech-related duties—no additional responsibilities such as bus duty or parent pickup are required
