Pediatric School-Based Speech Language Pathologist | Round Rock, Texas

Desired Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; Clinical Fellows (CFY) welcomed
• Pediatric experience, especially in a school or K-8 setting, strongly valued
• Proficiency in teletherapy and onsite direct service
• Effective communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
• Leadership, flexibility, and organizational strengths
• SLPA supervision experience is an asset

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders for K-8 students
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary team members to develop and implement IEPs
• Deliver a combination of direct, consultative, and teletherapy services as needed
• Supervise and mentor onsite SLPAs, supporting a collaborative therapy approach
• Monitor student progress and maintain required documentation in accordance with state and school protocols
• Actively contribute to meetings, professional development, and the creation of a positive, inclusive learning atmosphere
