Key Qualifications:

  • Possess a valid Speech-Language Pathology license (SLP - CCC or CFY welcome)
  • Experience in pediatric and school-based settings strongly preferred
  • Comfortable with both in-person and teletherapy service delivery models
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for engaging students, families, and staff
  • Ability to supervise and collaborate with SLPAs in a team setting
  • Recent graduates and clinical fellows encouraged to apply

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Deliver speech-language services to K-8th grade students, using a variety of evidence-based strategies
  • Conduct assessments, develop IEP goals, and provide direct and consultative therapy
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with school and state guidelines
  • Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families to support student progress
  • Supervise and mentor SLPAs, fostering professional growth within the team
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute valuable insights to student support plans

This long-term contract position offers consistent, full-time hours (40 per week) from August 2026 to May 2027, allowing you to build meaningful connections with your students and colleagues.
