Step into a rewarding contract opportunity supporting K-8th grade students in a dynamic educational environment near Round Rock, TX! We are seeking multiple passionate and qualified Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) to provide services for the upcoming school year, from August 2026 through May 2027. This full-time role offers a consistent 40-hour workweek and the opportunity to collaborate within a supportive team that includes experienced SLPAs onsite. Qualifications/Desired Experience:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Current SLP-CCC or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates encouraged to apply
  • Eligibility for state licensure as an SLP in Texas
  • Experience working in pediatric or school-based settings is a plus
  • Skilled in the use of teletherapy platforms, with flexibility to deliver services in-person or online as needed
  • Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
  • SLPA experience or willingness to collaborate with SLPAs in a school setting

Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive speech and language therapy to K-8th grade students, both individually and in small groups
  • Develop and implement IEPs, goals, and progress reports in accordance with school policies
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and collaborate with educators, families, and other therapists
  • Supervise or mentor onsite SLPA team members to support students’ therapy plans
  • Maintain thorough documentation and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations
