Speech Language Pathologist in Roxbury, MA

We are seeking experienced SLPs with CCC credentials to deliver exceptional assessment, intervention, and therapy services to a diverse K-12 student body. Monolingual and bilingual SLPs are welcomed—Spanish/English bilingual professionals are especially encouraged, with additional preferences for those fluent in Portuguese, Cape Verdean Creole, Haitian Creole, or Vietnamese.

Desired Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current CCC certification required (SLP-CCC)
• License to practice in the state or eligibility to obtain one
• Prior experience delivering speech services in K-12 schools preferred
• Fluency in Spanish/English highly valued; additional bilingual abilities in Portuguese, Cape Verdean Creole, Haitian Creole, or Vietnamese are advantageous
• Commitment to culturally responsive services and inclusivity

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and deliver direct therapy to students with diverse backgrounds and communication needs
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with IEP goals
• Monitor progress and maintain thorough documentation
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and multi-disciplinary teams to maximize student success
• Participate in IEP meetings, offering expertise and culturally relevant insight
• Contribute positively to a collaborative and supportive school environment
