We are seeking experienced SLPs with CCC credentials to deliver exceptional assessment, intervention, and therapy services to a diverse K-12 student body. Monolingual and bilingual SLPs are welcomed—Spanish/English bilingual professionals are especially encouraged, with additional preferences for those fluent in Portuguese, Cape Verdean Creole, Haitian Creole, or Vietnamese.
Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current CCC certification required (SLP-CCC)
- License to practice in the state or eligibility to obtain one
- Prior experience delivering speech services in K-12 schools preferred
- Fluency in Spanish/English highly valued; additional bilingual abilities in Portuguese, Cape Verdean Creole, Haitian Creole, or Vietnamese are advantageous
- Commitment to culturally responsive services and inclusivity
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and deliver direct therapy to students with diverse backgrounds and communication needs
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with IEP goals
- Monitor progress and maintain thorough documentation
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and multi-disciplinary teams to maximize student success
- Participate in IEP meetings, offering expertise and culturally relevant insight
