Make an impact in the lives of K-12 students as a Speech-Language Pathologist for the 2025/26 academic year. This is a full-time contract role based near Roxbury, MA, with a weekly schedule of 32.5 hours. As a valued professional, you’ll contribute your expertise as a licensed SLP with CCC credentials, providing support and intervention where it’s needed most.

Ideal candidates are monolingual or bilingual, with priority given to those fluent in Spanish and English. Additional highly valued languages include Portuguese, Cape Verdean Creole, Haitian Creole, and Vietnamese, to serve the diverse student population more effectively.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Valid SLP - CCC credentials
  • Eligibility for state licensure as required
  • Experience working in K-12 educational settings is strongly preferred
  • Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English is highly desirable
  • Additional language skills in Portuguese, Cape Verdean Creole, Haitian Creole, or Vietnamese a plus
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills

What you’ll do:

  • Deliver speech and language therapy to students across K-12, tailoring interventions to individual needs
  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations and work closely with multidisciplinary teams
  • Develop and implement IEPs, maintain accurate documentation, and participate in IEP meetings
  • Support students’ communication goals in both classroom and one-on-one settings
  • Foster cultural competence and sensitivity in support of a linguistically diverse student population
