Key Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Current SLP-CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence) required
  • Active state licensure in Speech-Language Pathology for practice
  • Experience working with K-12 students in educational settings preferred
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
  • Comfortable traveling between two school sites or providing services virtually

Role Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct speech and language therapy to a caseload of approximately 60-70 K-12 students
  • Conduct initial and ongoing assessments, documenting student progress and needs
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in compliance with IEP goals
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student success
  • Participate in IEP meetings and provide timely progress reports
  • Maintain meticulous records to ensure compliance with school and state requirements

This full-time position offers a steady 40-hour week throughout the school year, running from August 3, 2026, to May 21, 2027. For those seeking added flexibility, virtual opportunities may be available.
