Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree from an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program
  • Current or eligible for Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA, or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates welcome
  • Valid state licensure (or ability to obtain)
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Passion for supporting diverse student populations and collaborating with educators
  • Prior experience in a school setting preferred, but not required

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments to identify speech, language, and communication needs in students
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and therapy goals
  • Deliver direct and consultative speech-language therapy services
  • Maintain accurate records and progress notes in accordance with school and legal guidelines
  • Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to promote student success in the classroom
  • Attend staff meetings, parent conferences, and participate in the broader school community
