Qualifications/Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
- Experience in school-based and pediatric settings preferred
- Previous supervisory or lead SLP experience is a plus
- Open to VOCO (teletherapy) assignments
- Valid state licensure (or eligibility) for practice in PA
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct and indirect SLP services for school-aged and pediatric students
- Supervise and mentor fellow SLPs and clinical staff as needed
- Develop and implement therapy plans, including IEP writing and documentation
- Conduct assessments, progress monitoring, and parent/staff consultations
- Participate in collaborative team meetings
- Flexibility to work on-site and via teletherapy platforms
