Qualifications/Desired Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
• Experience in school-based and pediatric settings preferred
• Previous supervisory or lead SLP experience is a plus
• Open to VOCO (teletherapy) assignments
• Valid state licensure (or eligibility) for practice in PA
• Strong communication and collaboration skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct and indirect SLP services for school-aged and pediatric students
• Supervise and mentor fellow SLPs and clinical staff as needed
• Develop and implement therapy plans, including IEP writing and documentation
• Conduct assessments, progress monitoring, and parent/staff consultations
• Participate in collaborative team meetings
• Flexibility to work on-site and via teletherapy platforms
