Make a lasting impact by supporting young learners as a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist in a dynamic school setting. This contract position begins August 17, 2026, and runs through May 28, 2027, offering a stable and rewarding opportunity to work closely with early childhood and elementary-age students.
You’ll work a consistent 40-hour week, providing essential speech-language services to students from early childhood through fourth grade, with a manageable caseload of 58 students. The school embraces a 3:1 service delivery model, allowing focused intervention time balanced with collaboration, documentation, and planning.
Desired Qualifications & Experience:
- Holds or eligible for SLP licensure, with CCC preferred but CFY candidates encouraged to apply
- Previous experience in a school setting is a plus
- Skilled at evaluating and delivering speech-language therapy for diverse early childhood and elementary student needs
- Strong communication skills for collaborating with teachers, families, and support staff
- Ability to organize and manage a caseload efficiently under a 3:1 service delivery approach
- Passion for supporting students’ growth in communication and language abilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct evaluations, develop and implement individualized therapy plans
- Deliver direct and consultative speech-language services according to IEPs
- Maintain clear documentation and progress tracking
- Collaborate with educators and families for student success
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute input toward service planning
- Stay current with best practices in pediatric speech-language pathology
