School-Based Speech Language Pathologist - Ruskin, Florida

What We’re Looking For:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology (required)
• Active Florida SLP License (or eligibility to obtain before start date)
• Will consider Clinical Fellows (CFY) with strong foundations in assessment and therapy
• Willingness to be on-site at assigned campuses (remote options are not available)
• Adaptability with caseload fluctuations, as assignments are matched on a first-come, first-served basis
• Commitment to collaboration with teachers, staff, and families
• Strong documentation, organizational, and communication skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver speech-language therapy services to students in elementary and middle school settings
• Provide both individual and group interventions, tailored to student IEP goals
• Administer assessments and contribute to multidisciplinary evaluation teams
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Collaborate closely with educators, support staff, and parents
• Participate actively in IEP meetings, progress tracking, and data documentation
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and engaging therapeutic environment
