What We’re Looking For:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology (required)
- Active Florida SLP License (or eligibility to obtain before start date)
- Will consider Clinical Fellows (CFY) with strong foundations in assessment and therapy
- Willingness to be on-site at assigned campuses (remote options are not available)
- Adaptability with caseload fluctuations, as assignments are matched on a first-come, first-served basis
- Commitment to collaboration with teachers, staff, and families
- Strong documentation, organizational, and communication skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech-language therapy services to students in elementary and middle school settings
- Provide both individual and group interventions, tailored to student IEP goals
- Administer assessments and contribute to multidisciplinary evaluation teams
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate closely with educators, support staff, and parents
- Participate actively in IEP meetings, progress tracking, and data documentation
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and engaging therapeutic environment
