• Supervisory experience or willingness to oversee an SLPA
• Familiarity with First Steps and Head Start programs a plus

Primary Responsibilities:

• Lead speech-language services for a preschool caseload, including evaluations, RTI, and individualized therapy sessions
• Supervise and mentor an SLPA, ensuring best practices and compliance
• Deliver additional speech therapy services as needed to support coverage for employee leaves or increased caseloads; assignments may vary as placements are determined
• Collect and maintain accurate student records in accordance with school and state guidelines
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, supporting student development and family engagement
