Exciting opportunities are available for skilled Speech Language Pathologists seeking rewarding contract roles supporting students from early childhood through middle school. Multiple positions are open—whether you prefer working with a diverse range of students across locations or focusing your expertise in a single school setting.

Available Roles:

Compensatory Services SLP (PreK–12):

  • Provide onsite speech-language services to students in need of compensatory support across multiple schools
  • Travel between locations required, with a manageable caseload
  • Responsible for addressing compensatory service lists until completion
  • Summer work available from June 1 to June 30

Elementary School-Based SLP (PreK–6th Grade):

  • Deliver onsite speech-language support at one elementary school site
  • Manage a caseload of approximately 45–55 students
  • Required to document all services using the Paddynet platform

Middle School SLP (6th–8th Grade):

  • Serve as an onsite Speech Language Pathologist at a single middle school
  • Support students in grades 6–8 with a caseload of 45–55

Qualifications and Preferred Experience:

  • Experience servicing school-age students (elementary and/or middle)
  • Strong communication skills with parents, educators, staff, and administration through various channels
  • Ability to efficiently manage scheduling, IEP meetings, and conferences using Google Calendar
  • Proficient in documenting evaluations, eligibilities, IEPs, and service data in digital platforms such as Paddynet
  • Commitment to thorough and accurate completion of all required documentation
