Qualifications & Experience Sought:
- Active or eligible Arkansas SLPA license (or willingness to apply)
- Interest in or prior experience with pediatric or school-based populations
- Knowledge of IEP processes, evaluations, and treatment planning
- Comfort working as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Excellent organizational and documentation skills
- Previous school experience is a plus but not required
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist SLPs with assessments, progress evaluations, IEP development, and report writing
- Deliver direct and indirect speech-language therapy as directed
- Document student progress and maintain timely, accurate records
- Attend IEP and team meetings, ensuring strong communication among staff and families
- Collaborate to tailor supports based on caseload and student age preferences
