Qualifications & Experience Sought:

  • Active or eligible Arkansas SLPA license (or willingness to apply)
  • Interest in or prior experience with pediatric or school-based populations
  • Knowledge of IEP processes, evaluations, and treatment planning
  • Comfort working as part of a multidisciplinary team
  • Excellent organizational and documentation skills
  • Previous school experience is a plus but not required

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assist SLPs with assessments, progress evaluations, IEP development, and report writing
  • Deliver direct and indirect speech-language therapy as directed
  • Document student progress and maintain timely, accurate records
  • Attend IEP and team meetings, ensuring strong communication among staff and families
  • Collaborate to tailor supports based on caseload and student age preferences
