Key Qualifications:
- Experience or strong interest in schools, pediatrics, and healthcare settings
- SLPA certification; active or pending Arkansas license, or eligibility to apply
- SLP-CCC, SLP-CFY, and SLPA backgrounds all encouraged to apply
- Comfortable assisting with IEPs, treatment planning, and progress documentation
- Previous school-based experience is a plus, but not required
Responsibilities:
- Assist SLPs with assessments, therapies, report writing, and evaluations
- Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with educators and family members
- Support a range of speech and language needs for a diverse pediatric caseload
- Maintain thorough and accurate documentation to track student growth
