Pediatric School Speech Language Pathologist - Russellville, Arkansas

Key qualifications:

• Eligible for or holding an active Arkansas license as an SLPA or SLP (CFY and CCC accepted)
• Experience in pediatric, school, or healthcare SLP environments is a plus
• Strong organizational and collaboration skills
• Eagerness to contribute to multidisciplinary teams
• Ability to assist with IEP development, attend meetings, and fulfill reporting requirements
• Flexibility to accommodate various caseload preferences and age groups

Primary responsibilities:

• Aid in conducting assessments, implementing treatments, and maintaining documentation
• Collaborate with students, families, educators, and other professionals to promote optimal outcomes
• Support report writing, progress monitoring, and the development of treatment plans
• Provide both direct and indirect services as scheduled
• Contribute to a supportive and positive environment focused on growth and learning
