This role involves working closely with licensed SLPs to provide essential services and interventions for students—helping them achieve their speech and language goals.
Key qualifications:
- Eligible for or holding an active Arkansas license as an SLPA or SLP (CFY and CCC accepted)
- Experience in pediatric, school, or healthcare SLP environments is a plus
- Strong organizational and collaboration skills
- Eagerness to contribute to multidisciplinary teams
- Ability to assist with IEP development, attend meetings, and fulfill reporting requirements
- Flexibility to accommodate various caseload preferences and age groups
Primary responsibilities:
- Aid in conducting assessments, implementing treatments, and maintaining documentation
- Collaborate with students, families, educators, and other professionals to promote optimal outcomes
- Support report writing, progress monitoring, and the development of treatment plans
- Provide both direct and indirect services as scheduled
- Contribute to a supportive and positive environment focused on growth and learning
