Qualifications and Experience Desired:

  • Active or pending Arkansas license, or eligibility to obtain one
  • Experience or strong interest in pediatric and school-based populations
  • Familiarity with IEPs, conducting assessments, and supporting treatment planning
  • Open to Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) applicants, SLPs with CCC, or SLPAs
  • Previous school-based experience is valued but not required
  • Effective communicator, team player, and adaptable to a school environment

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist SLPs in developing, implementing, and documenting IEPs
  • Support evaluations, therapy sessions, and progress monitoring
  • Participate in meetings and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team
  • Write reports and maintain accurate records of student progress
  • Flexibility to accommodate age or caseload preferences
