Qualifications and Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure as an SLP
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates welcome
  • Previous experience in a school-based or pediatric setting preferred
  • Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
  • Proficiency in assessment, diagnosis, and evidence-based intervention

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough speech, language, and communication assessments for students
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each student’s needs
  • Collaborate closely with teachers, special education staff, and families to support student progress
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services, evaluations, and student progress
  • Attend and contribute to IEP meetings, providing valuable input as a team member
  • Offer consultation and resources to staff and parents regarding communication disorders
  • Support students’ growth in both individual and group therapy settings
