Qualifications:
- Completion or pursuit of SLPA credential, or SLP with CCC, CFY, or healthcare background
- Experience in pediatric, educational, or clinical settings preferred (not required)
- Eligibility for, or possession of, an active Arkansas licensure
- Willingness to collaborate within multidisciplinary teams
- Flexibility to work full-time or part-time, with accommodations for caseload/age preferences
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist licensed SLPs with IEP development, report writing, and documenting treatment
- Participate in meetings and collaborate across disciplines
- Deliver direct therapy and support indirect services for students
- Contribute to assessments, evaluations, and ongoing patient care
- Maintain thorough documentation and uphold standard clinical practices
