Step into a fulfilling role guiding young learners as a Speech-Language Pathologist, making a meaningful difference for PreK-5th grade students for the 2026-2027 school year. Enjoy the flexibility of a part-time contract position, with the option to select three weekdays that suit your schedule. Work hours align with the school’s 9am-3:30pm EST bell schedule, ensuring a balanced work-life rhythm.

You’ll provide assessment, intervention, and support services, working both in-person and in a teletherapy format for a dynamic, engaging experience. With a dedicated SLPA available onsite five days a week, you’ll have valuable support as you develop treatment plans, deliver therapy, and collaborate on student progress. While experience supervising is welcome, it’s not essential for this opportunity.

Desired skills and qualifications:

  • Current Indiana (IN) Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA preferred
  • Specialization or strong experience in school-based and pediatric speech therapy
  • Teletherapy expertise and comfort working in virtual settings
  • Compassion for working with a diverse PreK-5th grade population
  • Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with staff, students, and families
  • Experience supervising SLPAs is a plus, but not required

Responsibilities include:

  • Conducting evaluations and assessments for students with speech and language needs
  • Creating and implementing individualized therapy plans
  • Documenting progress and participating in IEP meetings
  • Coordinating with educators, families, and support staff
  • Providing teletherapy and onsite services as needed
