Key Qualifications:

  • Active Speech Language Pathology license (Indiana or eligibility for reciprocity)
  • Previous experience in a school setting or with pediatric populations preferred
  • Ability to develop and implement IEPs for a diverse caseload
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with students, staff, and families
  • Flexibility to work with multiple grade levels (K-12)

Role Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct and indirect speech-language therapy to students with a range of communication needs
  • Conduct assessments and write comprehensive evaluation reports
  • Collaborate closely with teachers and other professionals to support student success
  • Document progress, maintain records, and participate in IEP meetings as required
  • Adhere to ethical standards and district guidelines
