Pediatric School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | Rutland, Vermont

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current or eligible Vermont SLP license
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship (CFY) year
• Background in pediatric SLP practice preferred, including school-based or teletherapy experience
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills

Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct and consultative speech-language therapy services to K-12 students
• Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and collaboratively set student goals
• Conduct screenings, assessments, and diagnoses of speech, language, and communication disorders
• Participate in multidisciplinary meetings with educators, parents, and support staff
• Document student progress and maintain compliance with school and state guidelines
• Support inclusive classroom practices through staff consultation and training

This contract opportunity, located near Rutland, VT, runs the entirety of the 2026/2027 school year, with full-time hours and a competitive pay range of $45-55 per hour.
