Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current or eligible Vermont SLP license
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship (CFY) year
- Background in pediatric SLP practice preferred, including school-based or teletherapy experience
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct and consultative speech-language therapy services to K-12 students
- Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and collaboratively set student goals
- Conduct screenings, assessments, and diagnoses of speech, language, and communication disorders
- Participate in multidisciplinary meetings with educators, parents, and support staff
- Document student progress and maintain compliance with school and state guidelines
- Support inclusive classroom practices through staff consultation and training
This contract opportunity, located near Rutland, VT, runs the entirety of the 2026/2027 school year, with full-time hours and a competitive pay range of $45-55 per hour.
