Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Current SLP licensure (or eligibility) in Vermont
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred
- Prior school-based experience is a strong advantage
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments
- Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs)
- Deliver evidence-based therapy to students with diverse needs
- Collaborate closely with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Document progress and maintain compliance with state and federal guidelines
