Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• Current SLP licensure (or eligibility) in Vermont
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred
• Prior school-based experience is a strong advantage
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments
• Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs)
• Deliver evidence-based therapy to students with diverse needs
• Collaborate closely with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
