Qualifications:

• Valid license or eligibility to practice as an SLP in Vermont (SLP-CCC, SLP-CF, or potentially SLPA)
• Experience or interest in serving middle school students (grades 6-8)
• Commitment to working in-person on site
• Strong communication and organizational skills

Responsibilities:

• Support a caseload of approximately 35 students
• Collaborate on-site with educators and families to deliver impactful services
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, monitor progress, and provide ongoing support
• Work professionally within 1-2 school buildings (within 3 miles of each other)
• Maintain thorough documentation and adherence to school guidelines
