Qualifications:
- Valid license or eligibility to practice as an SLP in Vermont (SLP-CCC, SLP-CF, or potentially SLPA)
- Experience or interest in serving middle school students (grades 6-8)
- Commitment to working in-person on site
- Strong communication and organizational skills
Responsibilities:
- Support a caseload of approximately 35 students
- Collaborate on-site with educators and families to deliver impactful services
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, monitor progress, and provide ongoing support
- Work professionally within 1-2 school buildings (within 3 miles of each other)
- Maintain thorough documentation and adherence to school guidelines
