Key Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
  • Active or eligible state licensure in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred
  • Experience working with children or school-aged populations strongly preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to collaborate within a multidisciplinary team while working independently
  • Must hold/obtain a Master’s degree or higher and meet state board approval for SLP licensure

Core Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments for students with speech and language disorders
  • Develop individualized therapy plans tailored to each student’s needs
  • Provide engaging, evidence-based therapy sessions focused on speech and language goals
  • Maintain detailed documentation and tracking of student progress
  • Serve as a collaborative partner on a multidisciplinary team, ensuring cohesive care
  • Communicate with and provide education to families, empowering them as allies in the treatment process
