School-Based Speech Language Pathologist - Sacramento, California

Desired Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current CCC-SLP certification required
• Valid licensure for practice in California
• Previous experience in a school setting or working with K-12 students is highly valued
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills

Primary Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders in students from kindergarten through 12th grade
• Develop individualized treatment plans in accordance with IEP goals
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and other team members to optimize student success
• Supervise and mentor SLPAs who assist in executing therapy plans and documentation
• Maintain timely and accurate records, progress reports, and compliance with school policies
• Contribute to multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic support for students
