Desired Experience and Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP - CCC)
- Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure
- Experience in educational settings preferred, but strong clinical skills valued
- Ability to work collaboratively with SLPAs, educators, and families
- Commitment to providing evidence-based, student-centered therapy
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver assessments, direct therapy, and interventions for K-12 students
- Supervise and collaborate with supporting SLPAs
- Develop individualized treatment plans and maintain documentation
- Communicate progress and recommendations to multidisciplinary team members and families
