Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current CCC-SLP certification required
- Valid licensure for practice in California
- Previous experience in a school setting or working with K-12 students is highly valued
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
- Ability to adapt and thrive in a flexible, supportive environment
Primary Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders in students from kindergarten through 12th grade
- Develop individualized treatment plans in accordance with IEP goals
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and other team members to optimize student success
- Supervise and mentor SLPAs who assist in executing therapy plans and documentation
- Maintain timely and accurate records, progress reports, and compliance with school policies
- Contribute to multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic support for students
