This contract opportunity is located near Sacramento, CA and is ideal for a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) passionate about working with children and school-aged populations. You’ll have the support of an advisory team experienced in educational speech therapy, helping you deliver outstanding care and achieve professional growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments for students with speech and language disorders
  • Develop and implement tailored treatment plans based on individual needs
  • Provide direct therapy sessions addressing speech, language, voice, and fluency goals
  • Maintain meticulous records of student progress and program effectiveness
  • Collaborate closely with teachers, specialists, and other multidisciplinary team members
  • Involve and guide families throughout the therapy process and progress updates

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as an SLP
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred
  • Clinical Fellowship Year candidates (SLP-CFY) considered
  • Experience working in schools or with pediatric clients is strongly preferred
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work both independently and as a valued team player
  • Compliance with state board licensure requirements for Speech-Language Pathology
