Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth evaluations for students with a range of speech and language disorders
• Develop creative, effective, individualized treatment plans to support communication goals
• Lead targeted therapy sessions in accordance with each student’s needs
• Thoroughly track progress and maintain precise documentation of session outcomes
• Collaborate closely with teachers, counselors, and other allied health professionals to deliver cohesive care
• Engage and empower families throughout the therapy process, fostering successful generalization of skills

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
• Active state licensure (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred
• Experience working with pediatric and/or school-aged populations strongly preferred
• Excellent communication, organization, and teamwork skills
• Ability to work both independently and as a committed member of an interdisciplinary team
