Key Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive evaluations to identify speech and language challenges
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that address specific communication needs
• Provide engaging, evidence-based therapy sessions targeting speech and language goals
• Maintain detailed records of student progress and adjust interventions as needed
• Collaborate closely with educators, support staff, and multidisciplinary teams for holistic student care

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
• Active or eligible state licensure in Speech-Language Pathology
• Certification of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred
• Prior experience working with pediatric or school-aged populations highly desired
• Exceptional communication, organizational, and collaborative skills
• Ability to work independently while thriving as part of a committed team

Required to Qualify:

• Active license issued by the State Board of Speech-Language Pathology
• Master’s degree or higher in Speech-Language Pathology
