What we’re seeking:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
  • Valid California SLP licensure (or eligibility to obtain prior to start)
  • Prior experience in school or pediatric settings considered a plus
  • Ability to manage assessment, therapy, and documentation for diverse K-12 caseloads
  • Excellent interpersonal and collaborative skills with staff, students, and families
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Passion for fostering communication development in a diverse student population

What you’ll do:

  • Provide direct speech and language therapy services to students in individual and group settings
  • Conduct assessments, develop IEPs, and maintain accurate, timely documentation
  • Collaborate with teachers, special education teams, and parents to support student learning
  • Offer professional insight at IEP meetings, ensuring compliance and best practices
  • Adapt services to meet each student’s unique needs across grade levels
  • Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current in the field
