Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in Sacramento, CA

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Active state SLP license or eligibility for licensure
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, but strong CFs also considered
• Previous experience in educational or pediatric settings is a plus
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with an enthusiasm for student growth
• Ability to organize and manage caseload and documentation effectively

Role Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify student speech, language, and communication needs
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with students’ IEP goals
• Deliver therapy services to students, both individually and in groups, throughout K-12 grade levels
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and educational teams to support student success and generalization of skills
• Maintain timely, accurate documentation of progress and participation in IEP meetings
• Provide support and resources to faculty and families to help foster communication development
