  • Valid Speech-Language Pathology license in California (or eligibility to obtain)
  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field
  • Experience with IEP development, assessments, and documentation
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with students, families, and staff
  • Ability to adapt therapy techniques to a diverse student population
  • Previous school-based or pediatric experience preferred

Key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting assessments and evaluations to determine students’ speech and language needs
  • Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans
  • Participating in IEP meetings and maintaining accurate documentation
  • Providing direct therapy and consultation in both individual and group settings
  • Working collaboratively with teachers, staff, and families to support student goals
  • Monitoring progress and adjusting interventions as needed
