A part-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) role is available in a school setting located in Saginaw, MI. This position offers an exciting opportunity to provide therapy services to young students from kindergarten through 2nd grade, supporting their communication development in a dynamic educational environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver individualized speech and language therapy to a caseload of 30-40 students aged K-2.
  • Collaborate with educators and support staff to integrate speech therapy goals into classroom activities.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of student progress and therapy plans.
  • Participate in meetings with parents, teachers, and other professionals to discuss student development and strategies.
  • Provide assessments and intervention plans tailored to each student’s specific needs.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Current SLP certification appropriate for school settings (SLP, SLP-CCC, SLP-CFY, or SLP - School).
  • Experience working with young children aged K-2 preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of speech-language pathology best practices for pediatric populations.
  • Ability to manage a caseload of 30-40 students effectively.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

  • Contract Type: Part-time
  • Hours: Approximately 21 hours per week
  • Start Date: ASAP
  • End Date: June 15, 2026, with potential to return in the fall
