Desired Skills and Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Current or eligible to obtain ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or those pursuing Clinical Fellowship (CFY)
  • Skills in pediatric speech and language diagnostics and therapy
  • Background in AAC and willingness to collaborate with AAC specialists is a plus
  • Experience or strong interest in working within school-based settings

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and diagnose communication disorders in PreK-12 students
  • Develop and implement tailored treatment plans to address individual student goals
  • Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student progress
  • Provide documentation, IEP goal development, and progress monitoring
  • Engage in professional growth with mentoring from experienced therapists
