Desired Skills and Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current or eligible to obtain ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or those pursuing Clinical Fellowship (CFY)
- Skills in pediatric speech and language diagnostics and therapy
- Background in AAC and willingness to collaborate with AAC specialists is a plus
- Experience or strong interest in working within school-based settings
Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and diagnose communication disorders in PreK-12 students
- Develop and implement tailored treatment plans to address individual student goals
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student progress
- Provide documentation, IEP goal development, and progress monitoring
- Engage in professional growth with mentoring from experienced therapists
