Qualifications and Preferred Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active SLP license in Arizona
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) welcomed, but Clinical Fellows (CFY) eagerly considered
- School-based experience preferred, but recent graduates with strong clinical skills are encouraged
- Enthusiastic, patient, and effective communicator able to collaborate with educators and families
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct screenings and comprehensive speech-language evaluations
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students
- Provide direct therapy services, adapting interventions to student needs
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and parents to foster students’ progress
- Maintain detailed records, documentation, and compliance with all relevant regulations
- Participate in IEP meetings and ongoing professional development opportunities
