Step into a rewarding contract opportunity as a Speech-Language Pathologist supporting students from early childhood and grades 1 through 4. This full-time role spans the 2026–2027 academic year and centers on making a meaningful impact within an educational setting known for collaboration and student-centered services. You’ll work with a caseload of 58 students, utilizing the innovative 3:1 service delivery model to balance direct therapy, indirect services, and collaborative planning.
Key Experience and Qualifications:
- Active SLP license or eligibility for license in the state
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Credentials: CCC-SLP or in progress for CFY
- Experience providing speech services in schools, especially with early elementary-aged children
- Strong skills in evaluation, intervention planning, documentation, and progress monitoring
- Collaborative spirit and excellent communication abilities
Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech therapy services to students in early childhood and grades 1-4, focusing on individualized goals within IEP guidelines
- Conduct assessments and write comprehensive evaluation reports
- Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families in developing and implementing intervention plans
- Maintain timely, accurate records and documentation for students on caseload
- Adapt service delivery to the 3:1 model, balancing direct therapy with consultative and indirect supports
- Participate actively in IEP meetings and student progress reviews
This contract position offers full-time hours (40 per week) from August 17, 2026, through May 28, 2027. You’ll play a key role in shaping young learners’ communication skills in a supportive and educationally rich environment.
