Two contract positions are available for talented Speech-Language Pathologists looking to make an impact in a school setting near Saint Charles, MO, for the 2026-2027 school year. As part of a dedicated team, you will serve students as their primary SLP, supporting communication development and individualized education goals.

One position is part-time, required from 8:45 am – 10:45 am each school day, starting August 17, 2026, and ending May 28, 2027 (adjustments may apply due to snow days). This role supports a caseload of up to 45 students in a half-day AM/PM program, focusing on delivering speech-language services aligned with students’ IEPs.

The second opening covers a full-time, eight-week maternity leave beginning November 10, 2026.

Desired experience & qualifications:

  • Active state licensure or eligibility as a Speech-Language Pathologist
  • School-based SLP experience preferred
  • Experience writing and carrying out IEPs
  • Proficient in creating and updating lesson plans
  • Strong communication skills for collaborating with students, families, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Ability to deliver focused, targeted instruction to diverse caseloads

Key responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct speech-language pathology services to students with IEPs
  • Create, implement, and regularly update weekly lesson plans focused on IEP objectives
  • Monitor and report on student goal progress three times per year
  • Schedule and conduct IEP meetings as a case manager, collaborating with the IEP team
  • Participate in arrival, dismissal, PLC meetings, and professional development as required
  • Fulfill other assigned duties related to the school program
