An exciting contract opportunity awaits for an experienced Speech-Language Pathologist passionate about supporting student growth and communication in a school setting. Step into a full-time role for the 2026/2027 academic year, serving a dedicated program with a caseload of up to 45 students in both morning and afternoon sessions. Your expertise will directly impact students’ progress by guiding individualized and dynamic learning experiences.

Scheduled hours are Monday through Friday, 8:15am–3:30pm, with a 30-minute lunch break. The assignment begins August 17, 2026, and concludes May 28, 2027 (dates may adjust based on district calendar). This position offers a competitive pay range of $50-$55 per hour.

Key Qualifications & Experience:

  • Valid Speech-Language Pathology licensure
  • Previous experience in school-based SLP roles preferred
  • Comprehensive understanding of IEP development and implementation
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively across multidisciplinary teams

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct speech-language pathology services to students in accordance with IEPs
  • Design and deliver engaging weekly lesson plans tailored to student goals
  • Monitor and report on IEP goal progress three times throughout the school year
  • Develop, implement, and manage IEPs and associated documentation
  • Schedule and facilitate IEP team meetings as the case manager
  • Participate in Professional Learning Community (PLC) meetings, staff development, student arrival and dismissal, and other program tasks as needed
