Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in Saint Charles, MO

Exciting opportunities await Speech-Language Pathologists looking to make an impact in an educational setting near Saint Charles, MO! Two openings are available for the 2026-2027 school year: a half-day part-time position serving students across a diverse caseload, and a full-time, eight-week maternity leave placement beginning in November.

The part-time role runs from August 17, 2026, through May 28, 2027 (dates subject to change due to snow days), with morning hours from 8:45am to 10:45am. The SLP will support a caseload of up to 45 students in a 1/2 day program (AM/PM split). Additionally, a full-time SLP is needed for maternity coverage starting November 10, 2026.

Key Qualifications:

• Current or eligible Speech-Language Pathology license and credential (SLP-CCC, SLP-CFY, or SLP with school experience)
• Experience working with students who have IEPs, preferably in a school-based setting
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively as a case manager and as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Experience or willingness to participate in professional learning communities (PLC) and professional development activities

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech-language therapy for students in accordance with IEPs
• Develop, implement, and revise lesson plans weekly
• Track and report student progress toward IEP goals, three times per year
• Schedule and facilitate IEP meetings and contribute as the case manager
• Participate in PLC meetings, district and program professional development, arrival and dismissal routines, and other assigned duties
