School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | Saint Charles, Missouri

Two openings are available, including one part-time SLP position and one full-time, eight-week maternity leave coverage beginning November 10, 2026. Both roles are ideal for professionals who thrive in collaborative environments and are dedicated to fostering student growth.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Active SLP licensure, with CCC or CFY status
• Experience in school settings highly preferred
• Strong understanding of IEP processes and data-driven instruction
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities:

• Provide speech-language therapy to students with IEPs
• Develop and implement individualized lesson plans and IEPs
• Monitor and report on student progress toward IEP goals three times annually
• Serve as case manager: schedule and lead IEP meetings, coordinate with families and the IEP team
• Participate in PLC meetings and professional development activities
• Support arrival and dismissal procedures as part of the program day
• Complete additional duties as assigned

Key Details:

• Part-time role: 8:45am – 10:45am
• 1/2 day AM or PM caseload, up to 45 students
• Contract dates: August 17, 2026 – May 28, 2027 (subject to district calendar)
• Additional opportunity: Eight-week full-time coverage for maternity leave beginning November 2026
