Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid state licensure or eligibility for state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred
- Previous experience working in a school environment is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to organize and implement individualized treatment plans
Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat students with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
- Develop and review Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
- Provide direct therapy services in individual and group settings
- Maintain documentation and progress reports in accordance with school and state guidelines
- Consult with teachers, families, and other staff to support student success
- Participate in IEP meetings and other relevant school functions
