Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Saint Charles, MO

Qualifications & Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Valid state licensure or eligibility for state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred
• Previous experience working in a school environment is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to organize and implement individualized treatment plans

Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and treat students with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
• Develop and review Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
• Provide direct therapy services in individual and group settings
• Maintain documentation and progress reports in accordance with school and state guidelines
• Consult with teachers, families, and other staff to support student success
• Participate in IEP meetings and other relevant school functions
