Qualifications & Skills:

• Active license as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
• Prior experience within a school environment, or with pediatric populations
• Ability to develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and conduct thorough assessments
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Enthusiasm for collaboration and creative problem-solving

Responsibilities:

• Conduct evaluations and screenings for students referred for speech and language concerns
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans to address students’ diverse needs
• Document progress and maintain detailed records according to district and legal requirements

• Participate in IEP meetings, sharing insights and recommendations for student care
