Desired Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Valid SLP license in the state (or eligibility for licensure)
• Recent experience working in school settings, supporting PreK-12 students
• Proficiency in assessment, treatment planning, and delivering direct therapy services
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to adapt to the unique needs of each student and collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Conduct speech and language assessments to identify students' needs
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Provide one-on-one and group therapy to students with diverse communication disorders
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other specialists to develop strategies that enhance student learning
• Maintain accurate and timely paperwork, documentation, and progress reports in compliance with school and state requirements
• Attend IEP meetings and contribute expertise to support student success
• Engage in ongoing professional development and training to stay current with best practices
