School-Based Speech Language Pathologist | Saint Charles, Missouri

Key Qualifications & Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Valid state SLP license (or eligibility to obtain prior to start date)
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA is highly preferred
• Pediatric or schools-based SLP experience is a plus
• Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
• Ability to create individualized treatment plans to support diverse students
• Comfort working with IEPs and documentation systems

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver evidence-based speech and language therapy services to students
• Conduct assessments, screenings, and evaluations
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and families regarding student progress
• Maintain organized and timely documentation of all services
• Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team collaborations
• Provide resources and strategies to support classroom success
