Key Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid state SLP license (or eligibility to obtain prior to start date)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA is highly preferred
- Pediatric or schools-based SLP experience is a plus
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
- Ability to create individualized treatment plans to support diverse students
- Comfort working with IEPs and documentation systems
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver evidence-based speech and language therapy services to students
- Conduct assessments, screenings, and evaluations
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and families regarding student progress
- Maintain organized and timely documentation of all services
- Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team collaborations
- Provide resources and strategies to support classroom success
