Qualifications & Experience:

  • Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) required
  • Minimum of 2 years recent experience in a school-based setting
  • Demonstrated expertise with elementary-aged children
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Able to collaborate effectively with teachers, support staff, and families
  • No need for SLPA supervision in this role

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct and indirect speech-language services to elementary students with mild to moderate needs
  • Assess, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans in alignment with IEP goals
  • Consult and collaborate with classroom educators to support student success and inclusion
  • Maintain accurate documentation of evaluations, progress reports, and therapy sessions
  • Attend IEP meetings and communicate student progress to families and education teams
  • Participate in staff meetings and contribute to a collaborative school environment
  • Position does not require teletherapy at this time
