Qualifications & Experience:
- Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) required
- Minimum of 2 years recent experience in a school-based setting
- Demonstrated expertise with elementary-aged children
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
- Able to collaborate effectively with teachers, support staff, and families
- No need for SLPA supervision in this role
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct and indirect speech-language services to elementary students with mild to moderate needs
- Assess, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans in alignment with IEP goals
- Consult and collaborate with classroom educators to support student success and inclusion
- Maintain accurate documentation of evaluations, progress reports, and therapy sessions
- Attend IEP meetings and communicate student progress to families and education teams
- Participate in staff meetings and contribute to a collaborative school environment
- Position does not require teletherapy at this time
