Desired Qualifications:

  • Active or pending Minnesota Speech Language Pathologist license
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competency required
  • At least 2+ years of previous experience in school-based settings (teletherapy experience a plus)
  • Strong background in pediatric speech and language evaluation, diagnosis, and intervention
  • Familiarity with developing and maintaining IEPs and collaborating with educational teams
  • Basic knowledge of computer operation and video conferencing tools
  • Completion of technical screening and internet speed test
  • Current annual liability insurance ($500K/$500K coverage minimum)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments, provide individualized therapy, and track progress for students with communication disorders
  • Collaborate closely with parents, teachers, and multidisciplinary teams to maximize student achievement
  • Deliver virtual speech and language therapy sessions and contribute to IEP meetings
  • Maintain timely, accurate documentation of services and outcomes in compliance with school district and federal guidelines
