Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
  • Hold current state licensure and ASHA certification (CCC preferred; CFY applicants encouraged).
  • Prior experience in schools or with pediatric populations is beneficial but not mandatory.
  • Possess exceptional communication, organization, and teamwork abilities.
  • Comfortable adapting to both in-person and teletherapy service delivery.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct speech-language therapy to students in alignment with Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
  • Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments to determine student needs and progress.
  • Participate actively in IEP meetings, collaborating with educators, families, and related service providers.
  • Develop and implement individualized goals, utilizing data to monitor outcomes.
  • Maintain clear and timely documentation according to district and legal requirements.
  • Engage in ongoing professional learning and contribute to a positive, inclusive school culture.
