Qualifications:
- Current Oregon Speech-Language Pathologist license required
- CCC-SLP or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) encouraged
- Experience in school-based settings is valued
- Strong communication and organizational abilities
- Ability to develop and implement IEPs and work effectively with multidisciplinary teams
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver direct therapy services
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and specialists to support student progress
- Maintain accurate records, document student performance, and ensure timely progress reporting
- Offer consultation and training for staff and families regarding communication disorders
- Participate in IEP meetings and help shape student-centered educational goals
