Qualifications:

  • Current Oregon Speech-Language Pathologist license required
  • CCC-SLP or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) encouraged
  • Experience in school-based settings is valued
  • Strong communication and organizational abilities
  • Ability to develop and implement IEPs and work effectively with multidisciplinary teams

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide speech and language assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver direct therapy services
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and specialists to support student progress
  • Maintain accurate records, document student performance, and ensure timely progress reporting
  • Offer consultation and training for staff and families regarding communication disorders
  • Participate in IEP meetings and help shape student-centered educational goals
