A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) opportunity is available in a K-12 school setting in Saint Joseph, MN. This position offers a contract for the upcoming school year (NSY) with the possibility of continuing into the current school year (CSY). The role focuses primarily on providing speech therapy services to middle and high school students while supervising a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver evidence-based speech and language therapy services to students in grades 6-12.
  • Supervise and collaborate with an SLPA to ensure effective therapy delivery.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of student progress and therapy sessions.
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to Individualized Education Plans (IEPs).
  • Provide teletherapy services as needed, utilizing appropriate technology platforms.
  • Support students across pediatric healthcare and educational settings with tailored interventions.

Qualifications:

  • Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Experience working in healthcare and pediatric settings.
  • Ability to effectively provide teletherapy services.
  • Completion of Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) preferred.
  • Previous experience in a school environment is highly desirable.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills for caseload management and collaboration.

Location:

  • Saint Joseph, Minnesota, serving middle and high school students in a K-12 school.

Schedule:

  • Full-time, 30-40 hours per week.
  • Contract position for the upcoming and current school years.
