Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid state licensure, or eligibility for licensure, as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- CCC-SLP credential preferred, but strong Clinical Fellows (CFY) considering or completing their certification are encouraged to apply
- Experience in school settings a plus, including evaluation, intervention, and progress monitoring for K-12 students
- Strong communication and collaboration skills for working effectively with students, families, and educational staff
- Ability to manage cases and documentation efficiently to meet compliance requirements
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct and consultative speech-language services to a caseload of 60–70 students across grades K-12
- Provide case management for approximately 30 students, including progress tracking and IEP participation
- Assess, diagnose, and develop treatment plans targeting speech and language impairments
- Collaborate with classroom teachers, support staff, and families to ensure cohesive student support
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in alignment with school and legal standards
- Promote inclusive learning environments and support student success
