A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) opportunity is available in Saint Joseph, MN, for the 26/27 school year, providing support to students from kindergarten through 12th grade. This contract position runs from late August through the end of May, with a standard 37.5-hour work week.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive speech and language therapy services to a caseload of 60-70 students.
- Manage approximately 30 student cases, ensuring individualized therapy plans and progress documentation.
- Collaborate with educators, support staff, and families to support students’ communication development.
- Conduct assessments, develop treatment goals, and implement appropriate interventions in accordance with best practices and state regulations.
Qualifications:
- Certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with Credentials: CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) completed.
- Experience working in school settings preferred.
- Strong understanding of communication disorders and age-appropriate therapy methods for K-12 students.
- Ability to manage a large caseload while maintaining detailed case management and documentation.
