Step into a fulfilling role supporting K-12 students as a Speech-Language Pathologist for the upcoming school year! This full-time, contract opportunity covers late August through the end of May, offering meaningful work with a diverse group of learners. You’ll have the chance to manage cases for approximately 30 students and a broader caseload ranging from 60 to 70 young minds, helping them discover the confidence and communication skills they need to thrive in academic and social settings.

Key Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Valid state licensure, or eligibility for licensure, as a Speech-Language Pathologist
  • CCC-SLP credential preferred, but strong Clinical Fellows (CFY) considering or completing their certification are encouraged to apply
  • Experience in school settings a plus, including evaluation, intervention, and progress monitoring for K-12 students
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills for working effectively with students, families, and educational staff
  • Ability to manage cases and documentation efficiently to meet compliance requirements

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct and consultative speech-language services to a caseload of 60–70 students across grades K-12
  • Provide case management for approximately 30 students, including progress tracking and IEP participation
  • Assess, diagnose, and develop treatment plans targeting speech and language impairments
  • Collaborate with classroom teachers, support staff, and families to ensure cohesive student support
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in alignment with school and legal standards
  • Promote inclusive learning environments and support student success
