What we’re looking for:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current, valid professional SLP license
- Clinical Fellowship or Certificate of Clinical Competence (CF/CCC)
- Previous school-based SLP experience preferred
- Ability to obtain required clearances (fingerprints, drug screening)
- Strong interpersonal skills with a collaborative approach
- Adaptability to work across multiple campuses serving all ages
- Organized, self-motivated, and eager to contribute meaningfully
What you’ll do:
- Deliver direct speech-language intervention to students
- Conduct assessments, document progress, and develop IEP goals
- Collaborate with educators, families, and support staff
- Serve all ages (Hazelwood and Jennings), and primarily elementary (Ferguson Florissant)
- Maintain thorough records for compliance and progress reporting
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary planning
- Provide communication strategies to teachers and caregivers
- Travel only within a confined local area—multiple campuses, minimal commute
This contract covers the academic year from August 24, 2026, to May 28, 2027, with a weekly commitment of 37.5 hours.
