Desired Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
  • Active SLP license (Missouri state licensure required)
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, but CFY considered
  • Experience or strong interest in school-based or pediatric settings
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and documentation skills
  • Ability to work effectively within interdisciplinary teams
  • Compassionate, patient, and adaptable in fast-paced environments

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments, screenings, and evaluations for students with speech, language, voice, and fluency concerns
  • Develop and implement individualized intervention plans in alignment with IEPs
  • Collaborate with teachers, interventionists, families, and other specialists to support student goals
  • Provide both direct and consultative therapy services
  • Maintain timely, thorough documentation and progress reports
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student-centered decision making
  • Offer strategies and resources to school staff and caregivers to reinforce carryover and skill development
