Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Active ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or in Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
  • Valid state licensure or eligibility to obtain SLP license in Missouri
  • Previous experience working in a school or pediatric setting strongly preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to manage caseloads efficiently and work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams
  • Strong organizational and documentation abilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and hearing screenings and assessments for students
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans supported by measurable goals
  • Deliver direct therapy services, both individual and group, in accordance with IEP requirements
  • Consult and collaborate regularly with teachers, parents, and related service staff
  • Monitor student progress and adjust interventions based on data and best practices
  • Maintain timely and accurate records in compliance with state and district guidelines
  • Participate actively in IEP meetings and engage in ongoing professional development
