Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Valid state SLP license or eligibility for state licensure
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, but strong Clinical Fellows (CFY) are also encouraged to apply
- Previous experience in a K-12 school-based setting highly desirable
- Solid understanding of IEP development, progress monitoring, and compliance
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to manage a varied caseload and adapt to changing student needs
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine students’ speech and language needs
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in alignment with IEP goals
- Provide direct therapy services to students, both individually and in small groups
- Consult and collaborate regularly with teachers, support staff, and families to optimize outcomes
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations
- Contribute to multidisciplinary team meetings and provide input on student progress
