Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
  • Valid state SLP license or eligibility for state licensure
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, but strong Clinical Fellows (CFY) are also encouraged to apply
  • Previous experience in a K-12 school-based setting highly desirable
  • Solid understanding of IEP development, progress monitoring, and compliance
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to manage a varied caseload and adapt to changing student needs

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine students’ speech and language needs
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in alignment with IEP goals
  • Provide direct therapy services to students, both individually and in small groups
  • Consult and collaborate regularly with teachers, support staff, and families to optimize outcomes
  • Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations
  • Contribute to multidisciplinary team meetings and provide input on student progress
