Preferred Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or in Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- Valid state licensure or eligibility to obtain SLP license in Missouri
- Previous experience working in a school or pediatric setting strongly preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage caseloads efficiently and work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams
- Strong organizational and documentation abilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and hearing screenings and assessments for students
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans supported by measurable goals
- Deliver direct therapy services, both individual and group, in accordance with IEP requirements
- Consult and collaborate regularly with teachers, parents, and related service staff
- Monitor student progress and adjust interventions based on data and best practices
- Maintain timely and accurate records in compliance with state and district guidelines
- Participate actively in IEP meetings and engage in ongoing professional development
