Soliant is currently hiring multiple Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) for school-based opportunities for the 2026–2027 school year. These positions offer the opportunity to work with K-12 students across two school buildings within a supportive and collaborative educational environment.

We are also welcoming applications from Clinical Fellow (CF) SLP candidates looking to gain valuable school-based experience with strong professional support.

Position Details:

* Multiple SLP openings available
* 32.5 hours per week
* Full school-year assignment for 2026–2027
* K-12 caseloads available
* Assigned across 2 school buildings
* In-person services only
Competitive RFP rate: **$87.55/hour

Responsibilities: 

* Conduct speech and language evaluations and assessments
* Provide direct therapy services to students
* Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals
* Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
* Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with district guidelines

Qualifications:

* Active Speech-Language Pathologist license required
* Clinical Fellow (CF) candidates encouraged to apply
* Previous school-based experience preferred, but not required
* Strong communication and organizational skills
