Exciting opportunities are available for passionate Speech Language Pathologists seeking contract roles supporting students in school environments near Saint Paris, OH. These positions are crucial in helping children develop their communication skills, impacting academic achievement and social growth. Available Positions:

  1. Full-time (August 19th – May 29th, 2027)
    • Serve elementary and middle school students, managing a caseload of around 50.
    • Located in the Urbana area.
  2. Part-time (3.5 days/week, August 19th – May 29th, 2027)
    • Work with autistic students across K-12, with a caseload of approximately 32.
    • Services provided to students in Urbana and West Liberty.

What we’re looking for:

  • Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology.
  • Valid State of Ohio licensure and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC).
  • Experience in school settings and with IEP processes preferred.
  • Ability to manage diverse caseloads, including elementary, middle, and autistic student populations.
  • Strong communication, documentation, and collaborative skills.
  • Dedication to fostering a supportive, inclusive learning environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Assess, diagnose, and treat communication disorders in assigned caseload.
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs).
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student progress.
  • Maintain accurate records and comply with state and federal guidelines.
  • Deliver both direct and consultative therapy services.
