Key Qualifications:

  • Active Speech-Language Pathology licensure for the state of Minnesota is required
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) or current Clinical Fellowship (CFY) status
  • Authorization to work in the United States is essential
  • Previous experience in schools or with pediatric caseloads is preferred
  • Exceptional communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct speech and language evaluations for students
  • Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education programs (IEPs)
  • Participate in team meetings and collaborate with educators and parents
  • Deliver direct and consultative speech-language therapy services
  • Maintain timely and accurate documentation in accordance with district protocols
  • Adapt to varied caseloads based on your preference and school needs
