Help shape students’ communication skills and contribute to their educational success as a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist for the upcoming school year. This contract opportunity is suited for both fully credentialed SLPs (CCC) and those in their Clinical Fellowship Year who want to make a meaningful difference in a supportive school-based environment.

As a valued Speech-Language Pathologist, you’ll collaborate closely with staff, students, and families, performing evaluations, participating in IEP meetings, and delivering targeted speech-language therapy. You’ll have the flexibility to select a caseload that matches your expertise and passion, working with students to support their academic and social development.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Active State of Minnesota SLP Licensure (required)
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year
  • Authorization to work in the U.S. is a must
  • Experience with evaluation, assessment, and IEP processes in a school setting preferred
  • Strong communication skills, empathy, and adaptability

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct speech-language therapy services to students onsite
  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments
  • Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Maintain accurate documentation and progress records

This position offers both full-time and part-time scheduling options, Monday through Friday, onsite with a supportive team for the 2024–2025 school year.
