Take your expertise in speech and language therapy to new heights with a fully remote, school-based contract opportunity serving students across Minnesota. Support PreK–12th grade learners by crafting and implementing effective communication strategies, whether you’re looking for full-time or part-time flexibility for the 24/25 school year. As a valued professional, you’ll evaluate, diagnose, and treat students with a range of speech and language needs, developing individualized plans, collaborating closely with educators and families, and tracking student progress to help them achieve their goals—all from the convenience of your own workspace.

Desired Skills & Experience:

  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competency and current (or pending) Minnesota SLP license required
  • Minimum of two years’ experience in a school-based setting
  • Proficient with basic computer operations, webcam usage, and digital platforms
  • Ability to pass technical screening and meet internet speed requirements
  • Evidence of annual liability insurance coverage (minimum $500K/$500K)
  • Experience with pediatric and teletherapy caseloads is highly valued
  • Open to SLPs at all career stages, including CFYs and SLPAs with relevant school or healthcare experience

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments virtually
  • Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
  • Provide direct therapy services and ongoing progress reports
  • Consult with teaching staff and parents to support student success
  • Document services and maintain compliance with both school and legal standards
