This is a full-time role, offering 37.5 hours per week, with immediate start and assignment running through June 4, 2026. Key Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Active Minnesota state SLP license
  • SLP-CCC certification highly valued
  • Prior experience with school-based settings or K-12 populations preferred
  • Strong assessment, intervention, and documentation skills
  • Collaborative, flexible approach and commitment to student success

Role Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders
  • Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) for students across K-12 grades
  • Provide direct therapy services as specified in student plans
  • Collaborate with classroom teachers, support staff, and families to ensure cohesive support
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation for student progress and compliance
  • Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and contribute to educational planning
  • Stay current with best practices through ongoing professional development
